The sell now button allows you to send a prepared email to someone you know that shows them the product. If they buy the product you will receive 5% of the purchase price in Reward Credits. In addition any one you introduce that becomes connected to your ShopBox  entitles you to 5% of any future purchase they make through the site in reward credits. How do I spend my reward credits?

Reward credits can be accumulated by anyone for free although to spend your rewards you must activate your ShopBox. ShopBox activation is free for the first year, after this time a fee will apply of $160 to continue you can use reward credits you have earned to pay this activation cost. 

How much can I earn by owning a ShopBox?

There is no limit to how many reward credit you can earn. Selling items and building connections to your ShopBox is the best way to earn reward credits.

Do people automatically get connected to my ShopBox?

Yes, we will connect shoppers to active ShopBoxes although to maximise your potential to earn you should use the Sell Now, and the invite features of the site. Everyone you successfully invite to create a ShopBox results in them being connected to you, anyone you are connected to results in you receiving 5% of the value of any purchases they make on ShopboxShop.com.au 

Does a ShopBox expire?

When you first create a ShopBox you receive a 12 months free trial whereby you can earn rewards. If you don’t activate the ShopBox within 3 months the ShopBox will expire and any connections or reward credits earned will be lost.

If you have activated your ShopBox we will inform you via the email address associated to your profile of your pending renewal. We provide reminder emails leading up to the expiry period. If a Shop Box expires you have 3 months to reactivate the ShopBox before it is cancelled. Cancellation of a ShopBox results in any reward credits earned and any connections being permanently lost

How much is a reward credit worth?

1 reward credit is equal to the value of $1 to use within the site.

Can I pay with reward credits and also by credit card?

Yes you can pay using some reward credits and the balance by credit card. You have the option at checkout to allocate reward credits to offset the total purchase price. You can also use only reward credits t to pay for an order so that no money needs to be spent for you to aquire the item.
